Tulsa Senior Living Campus Zarrow Pointe Enjoys New Upgrades from Stava Building

What a wonderful time to be a community member at Zarrow Pointe!

This engaging South Tulsa senior living campus allows its residents to enjoy movies, participate in art classes, and attend educational classes, as well as receive the benefit of an on-site health clinic and aquatic therapy center.

Zarrow Pointe and its various amenities and offerings provides a campus for independent living, three levels of assisted living, twenty-four-hour health care, and hospice care.

The recent upgrades completed by Stava Building include renovating their Town Center Restaurant, to create a more welcoming and social area for community members to enjoy a hamburger, relax with a beverage, and invite friends or family members to join.

Additional modifications for this project incorporated private, yet monitored, assisted living studios for couples to enjoy together as they age. This renovation included luxury rooms with a larger living area, private bathroom and outdoor patio – while still having nearby access to 24-hour health care if needed.
